Help finding/creating watch face from S2(possibly?) [GTR 4]

Hi guys!
Just looking around for straps for my GTR 4 I loved this picture I found of what I believe is a Xiaomi smartwatch S2. Not sure if this is a factory default watch face? How could I get it?
