I think the problem with creating this watch face It's not about the difficulty of doing it, but it's about being able to open a very large watchface on device or not, if I'm not mistaken. Previously, someone requested to do it on GTR47mm and attached a GIF file.
As far as checking Total image files in the animation display are approximately 107 frames, which if used to make a full-screen animation This means that the image must be created in full screen fills up to 107 images, which is a major problem.
However, I don't know how much capacity Bip U/Bip U pro can sync the largest watchface. If you want to do this, you'll have to do it yourself. You can find tools for creating watch faces from this link.

Note :
Syncing watch face files that exceed your device's specifications may cause problems on your device.

I get lost in these things really fast, when u say the animation is approximately 107 frames, u mean all the video i linked? If i download 12+/- images from that video, just to make 1 full rotation, would it make easier?
I got all these from the video, it is still too large for a Bip U Pro??

As I said before, I don't have this device and don't know its specs and limitations, so I can't answer the question.
I can only estimate that. If you use 12 images that are full screen size to make animation
The dial is 5-10 times larger than a normal dial.... I don't know if it will be able to sync to the device or not based on the reasons I have mentioned above.
If you want to know You have to try and test it on your device yourself.
But creating a dial that exceeds the limits of the device may cause the device to have problems.
