Because the watch face you requested to convert The owner has announced in the Description that

" - custom designed fonts & icons ***please do not copy*** "

so recommended to ask for permission. the owner of the work before making the request

As for making decisions based on the information you have provided,
I think that it is the right of those who want to help you must be consider it on their own.

(This is my personal opinion only. it not rule for apply to others who wish to help in this matter.)
But for me, I'm sorry. Because I refuse Until you receive permission directly from the owner of the work
