If you mean GTR2, a watch face like this cannot be built on GTR2 because there are many specifications that GTR2 doesn't support.
If it could be created, it would probably be as in the picture you showed. It wouldn't be possible to use all the functions as in the original.

If it's a GTR2, it should only be able to do something like this.
