If you need help converting, you should specify which version you need.
From the link you provided, it can be seen that there are 3 versions. Therefore, if you do not specify It would be difficult for the person who will help you. I think the person who want to help you not be able to know what version you want.

This watch face uses a moon pointer, which I don't understand how it works, for this part I won't do any further testing, I'll just convert from the original.
If there are any problems, please ask the owner of the work.

I also tried convert this watch face by myself. Unfortunately, the moon phase marker is removed during the convert process. I’m not so advanced to fix this bug

I'm not sure what the problem is either.
I encountered the same problem as you. So I added it after the conversion.

But the file I posted to you Can be converted correctly with Editor Version 10.3

I'm guessing the problem is caused by the script used in the original watchface being formatted. that is not the standard version of the editor or may have been created from an old version of the editor because in version 10.x there are changes and additions new option to the moon element
