Watch Screen Frozen

My new Bip screen is frozen and says "suspended" and shows "continue" and "end" however watch will not respond to either choice. Fully charged. Mifit app says it can't sync while workout in progress. Tried shutting off bluetooth and restarting on iPhone, no change. Watch does not respond to touch at all. Help!
