Hello. Please port fro GTR4

Please read and understand before downloading.

Didn't test it with GTR3pro and GTR4 because I don't have the equipment. ( Only test on simulator and editor's Program) If there are any errors in the dial, I will not fix them. Because I can't test it.

Who would like to make corrections or additions? Please proceed by yourself.

Anyone who uses this for distribution "don't need to give me credit" and please take responsibility for your upload yourself.
