Coding a tap to turn seconds pointer to random location (GTR PRO 3)

Hi guys, I hope you're doing well.
I've been messing around with watch faces and I have a few ideas for new ones, but I don't know any thing about coding. I want a feature to have the user tap on the watchface so the seconds pointer then selects a random position on the time. Is this possible?
