Possible to edit stock GTR4 face?

Is it possible to download and edit stock faces? I really like one of the stock faces, with the exception that the date is extremely hard to read. All I'd like to do is change the color of the date.
I cant find it online nor find a way to download it to edit it.
Watchface => Multiple Data (with the moon phase and daylight hours).
The tiny red on black background date field is very hard to read. I think just changing that to yellow (and maybe making it slightly larger) would really improve it.
