Amazfit Watch faces

Buenas tardes. El reloj se me loopeo en el logo y no tengo forma de destrabarlo, antes funcionaba meterlo un ratito en el freezer ahora ya nada corta eso, se apaga cuando se queda sin bateria y al cargarlo de vuelta lo mismo. alguien puede ayudarme?

The clock looped in the logo and I have no way to unlock it, before it worked, putting it in the freezer for a little while now it doesn't happen anymore, it turns off when it runs out of battery and when charging it again the same thing. can anybody help me?

Try charging your watch. If the watch turns on and displays a charging animation, then try setting a different watch face from the Zepp app. When the watch is charging, you can try to hold down 2 buttons on the watch, the reset menu should appear. Also, if Zepp sees the clock, then you can disconnect from them, when disconnected, the settings are also reset.
