Amazfit Watch faces

im pretty new to this, i've been reading and trying for the past hour to transform this watchface from bip U to bip 3, but i cant, there are terms and things that i dont understand

This is the watchface i try to turn https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/bip/view/39955 (the EN ver)

by reading some topics i know not everyone have the bip 3 to test it

any help is appreciated
