Amazfit Watch faces

I have an Amazfit bip S Lite. I'm trying to use the web-based watchface editor. It says to disassemble the bin file with amazfitbiptools. I have downloaded and extracted the tool. I've gathered from other various posts/googling that I am to drag a bin file onto the watchface exe, and then a cmd pops up, disappears and a folder appears with the same name as the bin, and inside the folder is supposed to be all the needed image files and a json file. However, when I do it (I've tried a couple bin files downloaded from here as well as one transferred from my phone from the zepp app) the folder appears, but all that's in it is a txt file. What is going wrong?
