Amazfit Watch faces

Hello dear friends, the moon phase display of my GTR3 PRO watch doesn't work, the moon phase will stay still when I install a third-party dial, but the moon phase display of the official dial is normal, I would like to ask if this is the reason for the software ?

There are many possible reasons.
- moon icon used for that watchface may not have the same number of icons as the official watch face
for example use only
- 7 icons + blackground "new moon"
- 8 icons
- 30 icons
- or the watch face of your choice. The moon phase may not be enabled.
- and others.................

I suggest that if you want the correct answer to the problem, please attach the file or link of the watch face you mentioned. For information to check for those who are interested in helping you.
