Amazfit Watch faces

Hello community
I’m looking for a highly skilled craftsmen.
I used to own the T- Rex pro and always had this neon watchface on.
I am unable to find or recreate it for the gtr 3 pro.
Is there someone in this community skilled enough that can do this.
The one I had didn’t have heart rate but the weather, could not find that picture.
