Create a watch face for BIP U (Lite)

Dear everybody,
I would like to create my own watch face for the BIP U (Lite). I searched the web for some days now, but do not understand how to do that.
So far I understand that I have to write a .json and combine it with some image recources. Then I have to use the AmazfitBipS_Tools_alpha_230420 that I can find here

to compress all of that into a .bin file.
It would be much more easy to edit a watch that exists instead of begining from scratch. Is it possible to disassemble existing watch faces (e.g. this one https://amazfitwatchfaces.com/bip/view/41046) into a .json and images? I would then change an existing one instead of creating everything on my own.
Or is it possible to find example .jsons + images for the BIP S somewhere in the web?
Is the AmazfitBipS_Tools_alpha_230420 tool linked above the correct version? Is there an official link to download from a developers web site or so to be sure to get the most recent version?
