Double Notifications

Hey Everyone,
Is there any way to remove double notifications of messages on my Google Pixel 4xl Android 12 using the Zepp app on my GTR 2. I would like to use the official Zepp app but I get double notifications. If I use mod version, it works ok or if I use other third party apps it also works. Just wondering is there any way with the official app. Thanks!
