T rex Pro Amazeface app for android faces not working

So I just got my T rex pro and thought to download custom faces. I tried a few from the app and it downloads s, syncs and then the face is garbled screen. I goto the watch face menu on my watch and it doesnt even show up. What am I doing wrong? Ive downloaded 3 faces all do not work. I have the languages set for english as well. Help please.
