ERROR CONNECT A-GPS T-REX PRO

Hi!
I have a TREX PRO and I have a little problem.
At the end of a TRAINING the data is recorded correctly, but I cannot access it through the TRAINING RECORD menu.
When I click on TRAINING RECORD only a black screen is displayed. When trying to sync the device through the ZEEP app it does not sync. The only way to re-synchronize and display the data is by resetting the clock, but then I WILL LOSE ALL TRAINING DATA RECORDED.
Has this ever happened to anyone?
