PC (windows) does not recognize Stratos

I have been having this problem for quite sometime, my PC just don't recognize the Stratos. I have tried the following methods but it does not work:
1) Clean the contact pins.
2) Use different PC with different windows
3) Use different charging pod
4) Reset the Stratos.
All the above dis not work.
I wrote to Amazfit (Xiaomi) and I did not get the answer i wanted, they simply say, the issue can't be solve online.
I bought the unit from a dealer whom are not the official dealer, thus, there is no warranty. Stratos not officially brought into my country.
I wanted to upload watch faces that i downloaded from this websites.
I also tried the method by uploading via app downloaded here, but it did not work as well.
Does anyone having the same issue?
