Animations in Mi Band 6

Hey everyone,

I use the MiBandWFTool to create new watchfaces for my mi-band 6,
there seems to be a problem with the animations tho - all the frames of the animation wont disappear and then I just get a big blur instead of the actual animation.
I tried it with 4 frames, 10 frames, 15 frames and the problem remains; seems like its not a frame count issue.

I tried looking it up online and came up with nothing.
just wanted to know if this problem is a known one and if there's any way to overcome it at this time.

Thanks in advance,
OynIphone

I ran into the same problem, and found the solution to be quite simple!

It appears that the animation has to be entirely separate from the background, so to create an animation "on top" of the background you need to have that area in which the animation occupies as part of the frames of said animation.

Be careful not to make a cut too big and end up with an animation with a bigger resolution! Me with my small brain did that, thinking it would be easier to put the background and animation together...

tl;dr : The animation needs to have a space of its own, separate from the background. Therefore, cut the background and apply it to every frame.

Hope that helps!
