Amazfit Watch faces

Hi All

I'm new to the forum. I've been only recently been having issues with installing watch faces on my GTR. I keep getting a message to synchronize with the app but I've already done that. So now I can only install faces that are on the watch but not on the app. Never was a problem before.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

What application are we talking about?

Using Amaztools v 1.2.6
AmazFaces v 3.3.108
Gtr 2e
iphone 10
New to the forum and looking for help after searching around and not seeing anything, I can get the files from AmazFace downloaded into Amaztools and both are synced and running. When i choose the file from downloads and click install I get an error " Keep mifit or Zepp running in the background" and it is.... any idea what to do next
