Amazfit Watch faces

Hello Dear,

My amazfit Gtr2 watch is stuck on logo, I tried hard reset and soft reset but nothing works it continuously showing the same logo, I am unable to connect the watch with mobile application to change the face.

The zepp application is unable to connect with the watch. tried everything connecting with Laptop with charger but couldn't connect the watch with application or mobile.

Please help me.

You mean boot looping?

Yes i have same and its happen when i try instal wface from awf??? I try hard reset , still bootloop! Its look this watch faces from here are dangerous !

As far as I know, since I "played with customized WF" I have experienced a "boot loop" for more than 4-6 times... (I can't remember for excatly I guess)
And as far as I know, it always happens in GTR1 if I install a WF file with has more than 2mb file size. Or, I put the wrong syntax in json file (sometimes, for some reason I edit the json file with notepad app not with SashaCX75 tools)

Mine is GTR 1 and GTS1, so I know how to fix with boot looping.
I don't know with GTR 2 or others, whether my solution can fix it or not. But I think you should give a try like mine.

My solution is very simple.
1. After I get a boot loop, I always never uninstall/reset/hard reset or anything except I put the charger on the watch, and the watch should be charged.
2. Take a look at the time display on the watch, it should shows the same time with the phone. That means the watch still connected/sync with the phone but it can't boot until finish because there is something wrong with the WF file that I have installed.
3. Run the Amazfit/Zepp App on the phone.
4. Swap down in Home Menu to refresh/sync the watch with the phone untill finish.
5. Choose find device, in Enjoy Menu in Amazfit App (I don't know where is the "Find Device" tools in Zepp App)
6. Try it again from No. 4 if the watch does not vibrate until the watch is vibrating.
7. Go to Profile Menu and change the watch face with the standard WF in the Amazfit/Zepp app.
8. Wait until it finish installed, and showing the standard WF from that app.
9. Then everything is going to normal again.

I stand here in a neutral position as a watch face maker and used to be as an WF user in AWF for more than a year. Dangerous for me is too much. But my suggestion to choose the WF file from the author who has many creations or who has more downloaded, or from the Verified Authors is the wise option.

Me also facing same problem even i install amazfit gtr 2 phase watch but from amazfitwatch face app from playstore but after use 1 day i find this problem when my watch bettery is 10%,not i connect wich charge or not my watch show reboot loop automatically any 5 s to 10 second plz solve

I have same issue , but I haven't used any other watch faces.
After my charge has finished, I plugged my charger to gtr2. But the watch stuck on amazfit Logo and I cannot connect to device through the zepp app.

I will appreciate if anyone provides me a solution , I have read all the topics, but as I said I'm not able to connect to the device at all.

Did any body got the solution of the problem faced on logo stocked.

Im also stuck on bootloop and the wtach disply don't show anything no visual on the watch except that vibrates when it restarts from the it connects until reboots

I also have the boot problem. Out of the blue my watch is stuck at the Amazfit logo and nothing that I tried made it boot correctly. That's too bad, I had the watch only for two months, no warranty, so I can just dump it... while my old GTR 47 is just fine...

The same issue here just happened today with me. Does anybody here know a fix? It's just stuck on the logo. I tried ADB/fastboot, but it doesn't seem to detect the device. Happened completely randomly. When placed on a charger, it doesn't even indicate whether it is charging or not. I would highly appreciate it if anybody knows a fix. It is definitely a software issue.

I have another gtr2 this first with bootloop i send back /guarantie/ i think its happen when you add to much watchfaces to gtr2 and large one.
I find that sometimes when i have roblemn with load WF you can change name of WF / beceuse its long/ for something short and problem disappere.
i didnt find any solution think its no solution no bootloop:(

Hello, I'm facing the same issue. I didn't change, nor played with any faces; it just happened over the night, I woke up and the watch would not show anything else, other than the Amazfit logo.
The Zepp app doesn't find the watch and I tried hard-reseting it, but none of the buttons respond.
I tried plugging and unplugging it, but it doesn't do anything.

I would really appreciate a solution.

Put the watch in charge and change the watchface thru the ZEPP. DONE,

Hello, I have the same problem, I solve it momentarily by placing the watch in a refrigerator for about 20 minutes, I restarted it and accessed it, but as it defrosted it falls back on the completely fixed Amazfit logo, which I suppose is internal damage to the plate since the cold contracts it. and it works .. for a few minutes

Did you wait for the battery to be drained first?
