Date in DD-MMM-YYYY format

Only option for watch to display year is to have it as an unmovable bitmap. anyway to display date in
DD-MMM-YYYY
MMM-DD-YYYY
YYYY-DD-MMM etc. formats
Please suggest. Have tried
