Hello. I’ve been having the same bug for at least two weeks. When I try to install faces in my Amazfit GTS and it always says: “Synchronize your watch with Mi Fit/Zepp app” and it is always synchronized. It has always worked in my watch but this time ago doesn’t. What Can I do? I have an iphone.

What is the firmware version number on the GTS?

firmware v0.1.2.03 and the same with my new gts 2 firmware v3.1.0.4
