Bootloop

Hello, I bought my verge lite but it does not start, it is only shows the Amazfit logo and vibrates, the screen goes out and starts showing the logo again. Is there any solution to this?

in the past i had the same, try to connect the charger to the watch.
And if you can see at the Watch display the watch is charging, bootloop is gone.
I hope it's working for u.

I did this, but the screen does not change to the charging one. Continues on the startup screen. Thanks for the help.
