Is it possible to display the weather on the mi band 4 WF?
Can I use the same code as the mi band 5 JSON file?

No, weather does not work for the MB4.

Technically you can show weather on the mi band 4 BUT it will only display the first image in the weather sequence.
Unless there is some workaround that I don't know about. Like seconds making stats dissapear after 1 second, there's a workaround for that. You can check my latest youtube video if you want to make watchfaces with seconds and stats.
