Amazfit Watch faces

Few day ago,I’m update amazfit app to zepp(iOS),
Then I can’t use AmazFaces app to change my watch face.
I don’t known what happen,and AmazFaces app show some word—-(Synchronize the watch with the MiFit/Amazfit application (open and check the MiFit/ Amazfit connection status)）

Same here. Amazfit Bit S, fIrmware 2.1.1.50.

i got the same problem! from the notify app it works fine

Yesterday I received a new firmware of Amazfit GTR and after this I don’t get change the face.
The App gives the messege!
Synchronize the Watch with application.
But the AmazFaces is connected normal

Try to delete and re-bind the GTR in the AmazFaces or clear the application cache

I also have got the same problem. It doesn't help to re-bind my GTR, same error occurs. After restart of my iPhone the AmazFaces app crashes.

I have the same problem with my GTR. Upgrade to 1.3.7.17 and now way to change watchface. Try to unpair and then pair again, but does not help. Even restored factory settings but problem remains.

Some one knows how to fix?

Same issue here.... Will not install any watchfaces.

Works with T-Rex but does not appear to work with GTR. Is there anything in the works to address the issue, please?

Same issue here too GTR and app now crashes when install watch face - uninstalled reinstalled re binded ... mmm

After update, the app inform 49% is empty battery... I guess it need revision, and no synchronized with GTR 47mm
