Amazfit Watch faces

Few day ago,I’m update amazfit app to zepp(iOS),
Then I can’t use AmazFaces app to change my watch face.
I don’t known what happen,and AmazFaces app show some word—-(Synchronize the watch with the MiFit/Amazfit application (open and check the MiFit/ Amazfit connection status)）

So I need your help,plz

On the same boat with mine^^ [ Muhahaha^^ -.-" But I use the Android App ]
Next time I will simply wait instead of jumping on the new version.... Amazfit watch faces Dev will find a solution, they always find the solution^^

Same problem BUT :
I just installed Android 11 and I have the latest update from Zepp (5.1.1-play), now I can't change watch faces with the Amazfit Watchfaces app, I suspect Android 11 because I never had any problem during the many updates of the Zepp application with my GTR lite and GTR ....

Got the same Issue with Android 11 on Pixel 3a. Worked with Android 10 without any problems.

In android 11 you have to use "Notify for Amazfit & Zepp" and from that app you have access to the amazfitwatchfaces. From there you still could change your watchface, until Zepp or amazfitwatchfaces correct the android issue.

In the next updates there will be fixes for 11 android

The app cannot work with Zepp (iOS) after update the Ver. 5.3.2. Very disappointed. Waiting the update. Thanks.

Fixed after enable the "Discoverable" on Zepp application. Thanks.

Same problem here; after last night's upgrade of Zepp app and GTR firmware, the AmazFaces app does not longer recognise my watch , so it doesn't install the faces anymore.

Check in settings enabled Discoverable

Hi Stas, I don't get it. Where is that option in the AmazFaces app?

That option is already enabled, "visible" in Spanish. And I didn't change anything, just upgraded the watch's firmware.

I did so with my GTR but it does not solve the issue. Still no connection to install watchfaces.

I updated today to version Amazfaces 2.9.86, IOS 14.2. Still not working.
