App Crash iOS

Hello!
I just got a new watch and wanted to install a face but the app won't start. Opens and closes continuously. Using app version 2.7 on iOS 13.5.1
Please fix, this is extremely frustrating.

It worked somehow on its own. Still afraid it might crash again. It had been crashing for 30 minutes and then it just worked. Can't seem to download any faces, even though my watch is synced

I have Amazfit GTR using iOS 14 beta and the app crashes. I cannot even get the watch to start up as i am unable to launch the app fully

We do not guarantee correct operation on iOS 14 as the system does not work stably.

I see the app crashing in non iOS 14 devices also

Will Amazfit GTR work on Mi Fit app? I see that has no issues on iOS 14 beta

Yes, but stability of our application is higher on 13 iOS
You must understand that you are using a beta version iOS and this is always a risk. We are working on stability in the current version iOS.
