Since last loading 99%

Does anybody else have that?
Until two days ago my Smartwatch (GTR 47mm) always when loaded up (all 30 days) showed 100% (mostly for several days).
Since the last load, it only shows 99%, but too now since two days.
What I did is try to load it more... same... and I switched it off an on... same
Is that new... that it does not show 100% any more?
Does that appear after several months?
Why do I ask this?
Because the Watch seems to be fully loaded but new only shows 99%.
