Amazfit Watch faces

hello every one

i cant go in the files explorer to add some wallpaper on amazfit GTS

my computer cant find the device.
i try to reset watch
i try to other USB port

but nothing works.
can some one have a solution?

The only way to add something similar to a wallpaper on the GTS is either by setting a custom watch face through the Amazfit app (profile>amazfit GTS>watch face setting and then Custom in the top tab), or creating your own custom watchface and upload it through Notiffy&Fitness, Tools&Amazfit or MiBandage. The GTS is just a xiaomi Mi Band with larger display and GPS, it's not a smartwatch, you don't have access to internal display and you can't install apps.
