Do you have more information about this watch? As far as we know, are identical.

I've just purchased it and I will receive mine next week. The difference is that stratos 3 has full moon that is 320 x 320 px. Stratos 2 has 320 x 300 so it has a notch down.

Most of the dials were originally made in the size 320 * 320, all the rest will also work on the stratos 3, but the background will most likely will pull by 20 pixels
