You cannot solve it, it's obviously a software bug.
I did several reports and contacted the amazfit support in January but they didn't gave a shit about the bugs since they didn't do anything until now.
Personally I regret that I bought this watch, I don't use it anymore since February. I already moved to Garmin and most probably I will never buy any amazfit products

So I updated the watch to the latest version 1.3.4.20.
I went on a run to test it and again after ~23-24 minutes the watch restarts.
So they didn't fix the problem.
This watch is totally useless as a fitness tracker.

I have verge lite and when I connect with Mifit app or zepp app, it checks for A GPS and then disconnects and my watch reboots. It happened almost 10 times in the last 1 hour? And I am not able to add custom watch faces

I have the same problem you montioned I m about to break it, it keeps restarting everytime even when recieve noifications or calls, I bought it from Aliexpress and just got it yesterday I thought it's a blutooth problem !
I bought it last year but everything was great !
I wish you could help us before I destroy it.

I bought amazfit verge lite from ALIEXPRESS just got it yesterday so when I pair the watch with app it keeps disconecting and restarting especially when want to sync a watchface (so I couldn't set a watchface from app) or activate GPS , tried many phones (Android&iOS) but still have the same probelm, I'm on the last version of the watch.

could someone help or tell if it's a hardware or software problem or when we get the next update.

That's too bad about these problems. The only issue I've had with mine is it will stop GPS tracking during an activity so it records a portion of my runs not the full run.

I have an Amazfit Verge Lite watch which I got specifically for using the GPS during my outdoor workouts. However it is a thorough disappointment and appears to be a complete waste of money! Whenever I go out for a run or walk, the watch stops and reboots multiple times. Consequently, all GPS data is lost.
My watch has firmware 1.3.4.20.

* Note: We have another Amazfit bip watch as well. But on the same running/walking route, that one works perfectly. So it seems to be a problem specific to verge lite.

My Verge Lite firmware 1.3.4.20 is shutting off during exercises. Any tip or upgrade to correct the problem?

Mine one já having the same problem! I think it's a software bug...

I used the same solution as "tasse". Downgraded to 1.3.2.00 without mifit ou zepp. Using only "Notify for Amazfit" and the 1.3.2.00 version... The Reboot during exercises just disappered...

Hi guys.. i tried almost every thing without succes!
buttt... i always used my watch with total ligh screen on... i know... batery goes down faster, anyway idont mind recharger more frequently...
surprise for me... i tried to put the light settings in the midle... no to bright not to dark.. and for my suprise my wacth is not restarting or shootdown any more... i will check for a week and write a feedback about it.

Thanks!! a used the file to do the down grade but the reboot was present, but then i just change the light intensity screen to the midle point and is 24 hr without any problem...

i hope we can use our watch this way...

Hi Renato! Are you using which firmware to stop the restart bug during exercises?

Rogerio, i downgraded using the file that u attached here ( verge-lite-global-firmware 1.3.2.00.zip) and im using right now. When i downgrade to this firmware , about 2 min pass, my watch restart again.. so i realized that i aways used my device in full brightness screen setup.. and tried to low a litlle bit the brightnes. Since then, i do my exercises and the device is perfect ! 5 days since i did that ,and no reboot or shootdown! Im very happy! Ps.: im using only the notfy for amazfit 10.5.2 in my phone.

I never give up! Testing the actual firmware downloading with Mi Fit... Turned off auto bright, just like Renato did...

No reboot during training...

Since yesterday (about 22 o'clock) to now, without aleatory reboot and two sections of exercises without reboots....

Whenever i use the cycling workout my watch restart automatically and the data is not saved it just a month i have purchased this watch

Could you clarify. How did the issue go...was it the auto brightness the issue or the software version. Initially u say u switched autobrightness off . Then after a few days you mention that ur using the latest software and you have kept autobrightness on at the same time and not having issues. But wasn't this the same setting initially when you were having this problem. Could you please clarify if possible..it would be really helpful

Actually I do had same problem in my watch last month I bought this last month ly, I just start notice this issue in 10 days after buying I spoke with customer care and sent the device to service center and got back now tested for 5 days till date no reboots and I didn't update the firmware yet am using same version 1.3.4.20 which come preloaded in Watch.

Hi actually last post i have mentioned that issue got arrested after sent to service Center but i apologize for that bcoz this that shit issue persist again after 6 days. And updated firmware to 1.3.5.01 works fine for 4 days again persist not fixed yet. Tried older version firmware but some sensors issue there so couldnt able use normally in downgrade version.

I'm using the app "Notify for Amazfit" and "Zepp" simultaneously and on Notify i just selected heart monitor on "Continous" option. Since then my restarting problem just gone...

For testing porpuse I uninstalled "Notify for Amazfit", keeping just "Zepp", the restating problem back...

Hi guys, I have had the issue with reboot on my Amazfit Verge Lite for couple of years. Now fixed it for my self. In my case issue was caused obviously by 'smart alarm' function from 'Amazfit Tools' application. That function described as experimental one.
After I've disabled that function, I have no reboots for about half of the year. Now I'm using latest firmware (1.3.5.01) + Zepp + Amazfit Tools with no reboot issue anymore. I'm sure it should work with Mi Fit also.
I'm using next functions:
from Amazfit Tools: auto-brightness, applications notifications, customized incomming call, full transliteration, customized key processing, sleep tracking
from Zepp : alarms, unblock phone by Bluetooth.
