can not sync by amazfaces.
but I can sync by zepp app.

iphone I can connect with the zepp app, but amazfaces cannot connect. It cannot be resolved by rebooting or turning off/on Bluetooth. What should I do?

additional information. When I selected falcon, I was able to install it. But the watchface was not displayed beautifully. If you choose GTR MINI, you can't reach connect.

I was able to install it today.
I didn't do anything special.
I wonder if it was updated?

I am using a GTR4 watch that is up to date. When using Amazfaces app (stable) on an iPhone 14 I select a watch face & dnld, watch add, X, install watchface, install ver 1, loops back to install watchface screen. If I press “recent” the faces show up in the app. I have no idea how to get the face to the watch! My watch is synced with Zepp app.
I apologize if I have missed something, but I can't find any instructions on how to copy watchfaces to the watch using Amazfaces.

Try reinstalling the Amazfaces app.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but currently, our application doesn't support the installation of watch faces on the Huawei GT3 model, especially for iPhone users. It's a restriction we're currently dealing with due to compatibility issues. You can download the watch faces, but the installation process has to be done manually or via another application that supports the installation. We're continually working to improve the app's functionality and compatibility. I appreciate your understanding.

Ok no problem. But how install manualy? It will work app if I have android phone?

I have the same issue running ios 16.6 on a 13 pro max. Tried Amazfaces from AppStore and even TestFlight version. Same result. Deleted the apps and reinstalled them. Reconnected the watch.
But every time I try to [ Install Watch Face ] it just sits there and does nothing.

At times, unforeseen difficulties may arise during the installation process. Please try the following steps, which may help:

Restart the Bluetooth on your device.
After restarting, synchronize the watch with the Zepp app.
Then, try to install the watch face through our app. This may take several attempts.
If the problem persists, try to install another watch face. This will help us determine whether the problem is associated with a specific watch face or it's a general issue.

It would be very helpful if you could provide more details about the exact stage at which you encounter difficulties: whether it arises before connecting the watch, or after it's been connected. This will help us better understand the problem and provide you with more specific assistance.

Hi, I have attempted the steps above but there are a lot of Watch faces that will not download. Usually the error I get is “something wrong, try again”, and “the advertisement did not load”. I am on latest version of app and iOS on iPhone 13pro. Most watches install, but some will not no matter how many times I attempt.

App version: 4.12
Watch model: T-Rex2
Phone model: iPhone XS
OS version: iOS 17.1.2

Not able to sync watch faces to zepp

I don't really know since when, maybe since the last T-Rex2 update, but I can't upload new faces to my T-Rex2.... whenever I try to upload, the upload progress bar I gets an -1%.... and get stuck there....
I'm using the ios app AmazFace 4.12, on an iPhone Xs with ios 17.1.2
The Zepp app is on v.8.2.6 and my T-Rex2 is on v9.54.5.1

I tried to clear the amazfaces ios app caché, but it didn't but it solved the issue was delete de ios app and install it again...

Now everything works!!

This is my step.

1. Unistall app.
2.Reinstall app
3 in the preference on startup app, i set gt3 pro.
4. When install faces, the app dont' see my smartwatch, but on bottom i can see my model.
After select balance model, all work and face gone install in smartwatch.

I found that too, but no animations though.. which is a bummer. Lets hope an update comes

I would like to have the 4.17 back. Everything worked great there. With the new 4.18, nothing works at all. There is no longer a download button and the button “Send QR code” to clock does not work.

It worked fine before now everytime i try to get a watchface from the download files it is stuck on start connecting. And i restarted zepp app watch, phone and amazface app when try to install any other watches from gtr4 catalogue it works fine
